Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the Litmex website and the Litmex Wallet application. By using them, you agree to what follows.
Last updated: 31 July 2026
1. The service
Litmex Wallet is self-custodial software that lets you store, send, receive and manage supported digital assets across supported blockchain networks.
Litmex is a software provider. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian or financial adviser, and we never take possession of your assets.
2. Your responsibilities
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase, private keys, device and passcodes. Loss of your recovery phrase means permanent loss of access to your assets.
You are responsible for verifying every address, network and amount before confirming a transaction. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cannot be cancelled or refunded by Litmex.
3. Eligibility and lawful use
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use digital asset software where you live.
You agree not to use Litmex for unlawful activity, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or infringing others' rights.
4. Fees
Creating and using a Litmex Wallet is free. Standard blockchain network fees apply to on-chain transactions and are paid to the network, not to Litmex.
5. Risk disclosure
Digital assets are volatile and carry significant risk, including total loss of value. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice.
Third-party networks, tokens, bridges and applications you interact with through the wallet are outside our control and used at your own risk.
6. Litmex Crypto Card
The Litmex Crypto Card is under development. All described features are planned and may change.
Availability will depend on regional regulations and issuing partner support, and card usage will be subject to separate terms from the issuing partner.
7. Intellectual property
The Litmex name, logo, site design and content are owned by Litmex. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Litmex is not liable for lost assets, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the wallet or website.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Questions about this page? Litmex Wallet is self-custodial — you alone control your private keys and recovery phrase, and Litmex cannot access, restore or recover them.
